How Much Will this Cost?
We can customize your trip for your team according to your unique needs and budget. We have a number of partners and connections around the world. We also work closely with all major airlines to get you the best pricing in group travel. In order for us to be able to provide you with an accurate quote, we would ask that you think about the following questions and provide us with as much information as possible.
- What is your desired location? Do you have specific tourist excursions you definitely want to do?
- What is your preferred departure airport?
- How many people will be in your travel party?
- How many days do you want to be gone? Keep in mind that when traveling overseas you likely will lose at least one night in the air.
- How do you plan to handle people outside of your team traveling along? For example if parents may come along do you wish they book through you or do you want us to handle them directly?
- How many practices and games do you wish to have?
- Think about the mix between athletics and travel experiences. Which will be the main focus of the trip? Of course you want both, but everything is a trade-off. An example scenario is that one extra sightseeing excursion may mean more walking during the day and your team may be sluggish at practice or in a game. There is no perfect solution, just give us some thoughts on your desire to balance these and we will try our best to accommodate.
- What about meals? Eating in foreign countries can be tricky. If we provide more authentic foreign meals at restaurants, some people will love it because they can try new meals. However, others may not eat as much because they are not used to that type of food. We can do more traditional American food in a buffet style, typically served at hotels. This will keep your group fed, but could be a little more boring than restaurants. Again, no perfect answer here. Just give us some thoughts on what you prefer. Also, how many meals do you want provided? For example on most trips we provide breakfast at the hotel and a team dinner each night and the lunches can be on your own (snacks, street food, fast food, etc). We can also do all three meals a day.
- What about hotels? Staying 3-4 athletes in a room can save you money, but it is not always possible abroad. If you want top of the line hotels in prime locations, we can definitely do that, but of course it is more expensive.
- What else is important for your group? Do you have a specific theme that matches with your school or organization?
- How do you want to handle payment? Will you be collecting the money for your group and paying in lump sums? Or do you wish for us to collect money directly from your individual travelers? We can handle either.
