DAY 1 – DEPART THE USA

Meet your teammates and coaches at our US departure airport and fly to Portugal!

DAY 2 – ARRIVAL IN LISBON, TRANSFER TO SPAIN

Arrival at Lisbon International Airport where your local guide will meet you at Arrivals and will assist you throughout the trip. • Transfer by private bus to Islantilla in Spain (3 hour transfer). Stop on the way for lunch on your own. • Arrival and check in at the Islantilla Golf and Sports Resort. • Afternoon training session. • Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 3 – SEVILLE CITY TOUR AND FIRST GAME

7:30 am – Breakfast at the hotel. • 8:00 am – After breakfast departure for full Seville Tour in Spain. Lunch at own cost. Celebrate Seville in a private tour of the capital city of Andalucia, with a friendly personal guide. Be amazed by the Real Alcazar palace and the Giralda Tower, formerly the minaret of a mosque, which is now the Seville Cathedral. The people of Seville love life with a passion that your private tour reveals in places known only to locals. • 4:00 pm – Game #1 vs local Spanish or Portuguese team. • 6:30 pm – Transfer back to the hotel. • 8:00 pm – Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 4 – ZIPLINE BORDER CROSSING

Breakfast at the hotel. • Free time to go to the beach/pool. • Lunch at own cost • 4 pm – Transfer in a private bus to Sanlucar de Guadiana, for a unique experience crossing over the River Guadiana from Spain to Portugal on the first cross - border zip line in the world. Along the 720 metres joining the two countries users cross over the river at speeds between 70 and 80 kilometres per hour, literally flying through time and gaining one hour because of the time zone change between both countries. Participants are transported with their equipment and helmets in groups of up to 8 people in our 4×4 vehicle to the departure platform. When they reach the end of the zip line in Portugal, participants have to walk for about 5 minutes to the Alcoutim jetty where they are ferried back across the river to Spain, with the cost of the ferry being included in the price. Participants can walk and visit the quite and typical Portuguese village of Alcoutim before getting in the ferry. • 6:30 pm – Transfer back to the hotel. • 8 pm – Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 5 – TRANSFER TO LISBON, CITY TOUR

8:00 am – Breakfast at the hotel. • 8:30 am – Departure in private bus to Lisbon. • 12:30 pm – Check-in at you accommodation in Lisbon, hotel TRYP Costa da Caparica on the sea front. • 1 pm – Lunch at the hotel. • 2:30 pm - Lisbon Full Day City Tour with local guide included. This full - day tour allows you to discover Lisbon, capital of Portugal, colonized by many civilizations along the centuries: Phoenicians, Greeks, Carthaginians, Romans, Moors and finally the Portuguese after 1147. We will visit from outside the door of St. George Castle, including its surrounding quarter and Alfama, Lisbon's oldest quarter. This city is linked with the heroic deeds of the Portuguese maritime exploration, in the 15th and 16th centuries. This was the Age of Discoveries and the Golden Era of Portugal, transforming Lisbon into the opulent centre of a vast empire. Part of the wealth from these expeditions was used to build magnificent monuments in a unique Portuguese style: the extravagant Manueline architectural style, best typified in Jerónimos Monastery , and Belem Tower. Some of these monuments can still be seen, especially in the area of Belém. But Lisbon has more than just monuments! We will visit also the traditional commerce zones of the city, with their 18th century buildings: the Downtown and the Ch iado. In short, our tour includes all the best that Lisbon has to show! • 8:00 pm – Dinner at own cost and free time. • 10:00 pm – Transfer back to the hotel.

DAY 6 – LISBOA LACROSSE CUP

8 am – Breakfast at the hotel. • 8:30 am – Transfer to Lisboa Lacrosse Cup in Lisbon City Center. • 9:00 am – Day at Lisboa Lacrosse Cup for round robin play, with pack lunch included. Play four games! • 7 pm – Transfer back to the hotel. • 8 pm – Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 7 – LISBOA LACROSSE CUP

8 am – Breakfast at the hotel. • 8:30 am - Transfer to Lisboa Lacrosse Cup in Lisbon City Center. • 9:00 am - Half-day at Lisboa Lacrosse Cup for the Finals. • 12 pm - Lunch at own cost. Food trucks available in the tournament venue. • 3 pm - Award ceremony and end of tournament • 4 pm - Transfer back to the hotel. Free time. • 8 pm - Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 8 – SINTRA AND BELEM

8:30 am – Breakfast at the hotel. • 9:00 am – Departure for full day Sintra, and Belem. • 10:00 am – Arrival at the Pena Palace (entrance included). • 12:00 pm – After visiting Pena palace, walk to Moors Castle (entrance included). • 12:20 pm – Arrival at Moors Castle and free time to visit the castle. • 1:20 pm – After visiting the Moors castle, go down the hill through the “Villa Sasseti” trail to the center of old Sintra. Free time to explore the town. About the town of Sintra and its natural surroundings, we can say that it is one of Portugal's highlights, classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site! Doing a short walk in the old city centre you'll find yourself surrounded by the old houses now converted into small quaint handicraft shops and traditional pastry shops. • 2 pm – Lunch at own cost. • 3 pm – After a nice lunch break in one of the many traditional restaurants in and browsing through hundreds of years of history it will be time to relax by driving to Lisbon to visit Belem area. This part of the city is linked with the heroic deeds of the Portuguese maritime exploration, in the 15th and 16th centuries.
