We totally understand that plans can change. Because SAWUSA tours require major reservations months in advance—flights, hotels, ground transportation, uniforms, and competition schedules—our cancellation policy has to be firm to keep the tours possible.
Here’s how it works:
- You can cancel before January 1 of your departure year and receive a refund minus processing/holding fees.
- After January 1, we can’t offer refunds, because trip costs and commitments are already locked in.
To protect your investment, we strongly recommend travel insurance in case an illness, injury, or unexpected situation prevents travel. We have a travel insurance partner and program specifically designed for our tours that can protect your investment.
