We’re fired up to officially announce Sam Swinford as our U19 Boys Basketball Coach for the United World Games!
Coach Swinford is no stranger to the SAWUSA family. His journey with us includes the 2025 Portugal Basketball Festival, 2023 Argentina Experience, 2022 Costa Rica Adventure, and even the 2018 United World Games as an athlete. Now, he returns in a leadership role to help guide the next group of athletes representing the USA on the international stage!
Sam was also named our 2023 Coach of the Year, and currently coaches at Southeastern Illinois College.
His experience, leadership, and passion for developing athletes make him an incredible fit for this opportunity.
