We’re excited to officially announce Heidi Messer as our U17 Girls Basketball Coach for the Portugal Basketball Festival!
Coach Messer brings outstanding experience, leadership, and passion for developing student-athletes to this exciting international opportunity.
She currently coaches at Oklahoma Wesleyan University (OK) and has previously coached at Northeastern State (OK), University of Montevallo (AL), Manchester University (IN), Georgetown College (KY), Grace College (IN), and Sinclair Community College (OH).
Her wide range of coaching experience across multiple programs brings tremendous value to this team and to the athletes and families who will be part of this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The Portugal Basketball Festival is about more than basketball.
It’s about competing internationally, experiencing a new culture, building lifelong memories, and proudly representing your country on and off the court.
