What’s the food like on a SAWUSA tour? Chef Mike takes you behind the scenes of a typical Spanish hotel buffet meal. For most our tours, we mix in meals at local restaurants and hotels to provide as much variety and authentic meals as possible taking into account the many different eating habits of our guests.
Every tour and country is different. Sometimes buffet meals at hotels (like the ones you see below) are highlights of the tour. ‘Hotel food’ is not the same in every country. Regardless, our goal is authentic food, interesting places to eat, and meals that are highlights of the tour.
